All work at Core Insight Counselling is influenced by relationship centred counselling and trauma informed approaches which place emphasis on the brain, mind, body connection.
Challenges may emerge from relationship issues, bereavement, health issues and difficulties in navigating life in general. This can be recent or historic life experiences which may cause anxiety, depression, low self esteem, dissociation and numbness, anger or other painful feelings that get in the way of living life joyfully.
Gaining insight and getting in touch with our core selves is one of the most important things we can ever do for our own wellbeing.
